Calefactio is proud to introduce the new Caltherm TERA 2″ stainless steel manifold kit, designed for commercial and industrial hydronic heating applications requiring high flow capacity and reliable system performance.

Available in 8, 10, or 12 loop configurations, the Caltherm TERA 2″ manifold offers a suggested maximum capacity of 38.4 GPM while minimizing pressure loss throughout the system. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, the assembly comes pre-assembled and ready to install, helping reduce installation time and simplify work on site.

Each loop is equipped with an adjustable flowmeter rated up to 12 L/min (3.2 GPM) and an integrated ball valve with union connection, making system balancing and maintenance easier. The assembly also includes automatic air vents and drain valves for simplified commissioning and long-term operation.

Compatible with ethylene glycol and propylene glycol solutions up to 50%, the manifold is rated for a maximum working pressure of 125 PSI and a maximum operating temperature of 230°F (110°C).

With the addition of this new 2″ model, the Caltherm product line now offers an ideal solution for larger commercial, industrial, and institutional hydronic heating projects requiring high flow rates, durability, and long-term reliability.
