Air Pressurization Kit for Manifold #MAN-APTK

Calefactio’s air pressurization unit for manifolds is designed to detect potential leaks in hot water heating systems before startup. Compact and easy to use, it allows for rapid and precise pressurization with compressed air, ensuring reliable system diagnostics.

Simply connect it to the manifold, close the vents and valves, and open the flow meters. The air pressure test is typically conducted between 40 PSI and 80 PSI. The standard test duration is 24 hours.

F1960 Couplings and Elbows

Calefactio’s PPSU (polyphenylsulfone) F1960 fittings are known for their durability, resistance to chemicals, and high temperature tolerance, making them a reliable and cost effective choice for various plumbing applications. They are available in 1/2″ to 2″ connections, and are approved for sanitary installation’s, and surface heating/cooling applications.
